Oh man, the homemade cakes served in the lounge were out of this world! the nearby burger joint just 0.1 km away is a must-visit for a quick, tasty bite. On top of that, the breakfast spread was decent with some solid options to start the day right.

To be fair, we were on the 4th floor and the lift was out of service, but the staff swooped in to save the day, letting us use a different elevator accessibly. With two toddlers and luggage galore, their effort was truly appreciated!

We stayed comfortably prior to our Disney adventure, with friendly staff assisting us at the front desk and a nearby motorcycle shop to explore. A 15-minute drive to Disneyland made our daily trips easy!

The hotel showed signs of age, and the lift wasn’t functioning during our stay.

i almost thought this place was decent until the squeaky beds and a bathroom that smelled absolutely horrendous ruined everything. the staff could have at least offered a complimentary drink for the inconvenience, but no, just regular treatment like everyone else. room was clean, but bunk beds for adults? seriously? i just couldn't give a good review with all these issues.

The air conditioning worked well and kept us cool.

We faced numerous issues during our stay. The lift was out of order for two days, making it incredibly difficult for us to carry our luggage to the third floor. the breakfast options were limited and not refreshed timely, leading to a chaotic experience. As a family, we were very disappointed with the lack of support from the staff when we complained about these inconveniences.

Had a fun stay for my son's birthday! The room had everything we needed, and Mathilde & Laure were super helpful. It's a bit out of the way, but the bus to Disneyland was only €15 return. The burgers next door were a nice bonus!

We enjoyed the comfy beds and great showers. The pet-friendly atmosphere was a big plus for our family. One night, the receptionist even whipped up a late pizza for my hungry kid, which saved the evening!

In my wife's opinion, better breakfast options would be great.

It was just a great match for a short stay in Pontault-Combault with best value for money ratio. The receptionist was friendly and helped us order a late-night snack when we arrived. Avoid busy breakfast hours to get better selections.
